ze visit.....

As mentioned earlier my entire last week was spent in the pleasurable (?) company of a giggling mess and a screeching banshee.....and i must say i had an absolutely terrific time.....

pam and amelia....my most unlikeliest of saviours from what looked like being a month of australian solitude.....for you brought with you.....a taste of home...of singapore.....and you reunited all us denucleated aussie folks.....and once more....S11 was one.....

joyous....it was a time that called for celebration...and what better way than with a hot chocolate fudge bun....twas rich enough for 3....

and then nish was to introduce to this unique restraunt where we had our lunch....

people meet Greasy Joe's.....a focal point for cholesterol, high blood pressure, gout and diabetes....all under one warm roof ( warmed by a real wood fire spewing carcinogenic smoke to coat our lungs).....



this was a real, true meat and potatoes kinna place....think vhicken steaks the size of dinner plates....20 cm high burgers piled high with 1 inch thick patties....milkshakes served by the PINT!!!
and each dripping with fat, oil, salt or sugar(as the case may be)......and they wonder who's draining the world's oil resources....HAH!!.....let the power stations run man...just shut down greasy joe's and the world wil be fine....

but you know what......twas so damn good!!!!
i swear i ate so much that day....finishing off everyone else's food...(thanks nish).....and came out the end of it with my lifespan shortened by about a month....but hell....my arteries may be clogged...but i bet they're happy too...
